340 m² / 3650 ft² residential house separated into two concrete structures, the first dedicated to a common living space and the second to private rooms. It includes a vegetalized roof and an interior courtyard which regulates both the temperature and the air circulation inside the house.
The common living space includes : an entrance, a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a desk and toilets
The private space includes : a workshop, a laundry room, a master bedroom with a bathroom and a mezzanine. Upstairs two bedrooms and a bathroom.
These two spaces are linked thanks to a scullery who allow to access both all the rooms in the house and the outside.
